On the morning of December 14, the 25th Beijing-Hong Kong Economic Cooperation Symposium (Beijing-HK Symposium) kicked off, with venues at the China National Convention Center in Beijing and Renaissance Harbour View Hotel in Hong Kong. The symposium is an online-offline hybrid event. Government departments, international business associations, multinational companies, leading enterprises, and prominent figures in the business community of Beijing and Hong Kong participated in the conference to witness together a new chapter of Beijing-HK cooperation. BioGeometry was invited to attend the signing ceremony as a representative of Haidian District enterprises.
On the first day, nine projects were signed on site at the Beijing-HK Symposium, covering the fields of medicine and health, culture and education, digital economy, technology services, information services and intelligent logistics, with a total signing amount of $9.202 billion. The project BioGeometry signed is a key pharmaceutical and health project in Zhongguancun Tech Hub, Haidian District, Beijing. The signing parties will jointly expand BioGeometry’s advantages in cutting-edge research and development in the field of medicine and health, promote frontier explorations around antibody structure prediction, optimization, sequence design and other projects, and continuously expand its business of AI-powered drug discovery and development.
This year’s Beijing-HK Symposium is the first investment promotion event held outside of Beijing since the outbreak of the 2020 epidemic, demonstrating Beijing’s firm determination to continue opening up.
